Arclanova

LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Effective September 30, 2026

Arclanova is a one-person business, and this policy is written the way I'd explain it to you on a call: plainly, and without claiming to collect less than I do. The short version is that this website collects almost nothing. The longer version is below.

The short version

This website has no contact form, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. I don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar tool on it. Browsing arclanova.com does not add you to a list.

You only share personal information with me in three situations: you book an audit, you send me an email, or you call the line. Each one is described below.

When you book an audit

Booking is handled by Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service embedded on this site. When you book, you provide your name, email address, and any details you type into the notes — and Cal.com also records your time zone and the time you booked.

That information goes to Cal.com and is shared with me so I can meet with you. It is processed under Cal.com's own privacy policy in addition to this one. Because the booking tool is embedded, Cal.com may also set its own cookies and load its own scripts in your browser when a booking widget appears on the page.

I use what you submit to prepare for and hold the audit, and to follow up with you about it. I don't sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

When you email me

Email sent to isaiah@arclanova.com reaches a Microsoft 365 mailbox that I control. I keep that correspondence so I have a record of our conversation. I read it myself.

When you call the line

Calls to the published Arclanova number are answered by an automated system that handles the conversation, understands what you need, and passes the details along to me. To do that, the call is processed and converted to text, and a record of the call — including a transcript and the reason for your call — is kept so your inquiry isn't lost.

Call handling and transcription rely on third-party voice and language providers that process the audio on Arclanova's behalf. If you'd rather not have your call processed this way, email me instead and we'll handle it entirely over email.

The savings calculator

The numbers you enter into the calculator on this site are computed entirely in your own browser. They are never sent to me or to anyone else, and nothing you type into it is stored. If you close the tab, the figures are gone.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like essentially every web host, Vercel's infrastructure automatically logs technical request data — including IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages, and browser user-agent strings — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. These logs are generated by the hosting platform, are retained on a rolling basis, and are not used to build a profile of you or combined with anything else to identify you.

Fonts on this site are served from Arclanova's own domain rather than fetched from Google at page load, so viewing these pages does not report your visit to a font provider.

What's in your browser

The interactive demos on the Work page store a single flag in your browser's session storage so an animation doesn't replay every time you scroll past it. It holds no personal information, never leaves your device, and is cleared when you close the tab.

The Cal.com booking embed may set its own cookies, as described above. Nothing on this site sets an advertising or cross-site tracking cookie.

Who I share information with

I don't sell your personal information, and I never have. I share it only with the service providers that make the business run — the scheduling, email, hosting, and call-handling services named in this policy — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep booking details, email correspondence, and call records for as long as I'm doing business with you or following up on your inquiry, and afterward only as long as I need them for ordinary business records. If you'd like me to delete yours sooner, ask and I will.

Your choices

You can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email isaiah@arclanova.com and I'll take care of it myself — there's no ticket queue to go through. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; I'll honor those requests regardless of where you're located.

This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If I add anything that changes what's collected — analytics, a contact form, a CRM — I'll update this page and move the effective date above. Material changes get a plain-language note at the top.
